Pathway
The same GHRH analogue as Modified GRF (1-29) with a Drug Affinity Complex attached — a chemical handle that binds it to albumin, a protein circulating in the blood.
Mechanism
Binding to albumin shields it from breakdown and extends its half-life dramatically — from about half an hour to roughly six to eight days. Instead of discrete pulses, it produces a sustained elevation of growth hormone, sometimes described as a "GH bleed."

Where the evidence stands
Developed by ConjuChem and taken into early human trials, which were discontinued. Continuous rather than pulsed growth-hormone exposure is less physiological than the body’s natural pattern, and the long-term consequences of that have not been established in people.
