Pathway
A pre-combined blend of short-acting CJC-1295 (no DAC) with ipamorelin in a single preparation.
Mechanism
The logic of the pairing is that the two act on different receptors: the GHRH analogue tells the pituitary to release growth hormone, while the secretagogue simultaneously suppresses somatostatin, the brake on that release. Pressing the accelerator and lifting the brake together produces a larger pulse than either alone.
Studied for
- The most common growth-hormone "stack" in circulation
- Recovery, sleep and body composition
Areas of research interest — not promised outcomes.
Where the evidence stands
The synergy between GHRH analogues and secretagogues is a real, documented pharmacological principle. The specific blend, as sold, has no clinical trial behind it.
Typical protocol
Dosing is individualised and set by your supervising clinician at intake. Published human dosing for this compound is not established; conservative titration and monitoring are part of every protocol.
Contraindications & cautions
Combines two unapproved research compounds — the individual notes for each apply in full. Active malignancy. Growth-hormone pathway compounds are prohibited in sport (WADA). Effects on blood sugar should be considered. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Prescribed only after evaluation by your supervising provider, based on your history and bloodwork.
